From November 2014 to March 2018 I interned at TV Santa Barbara, a local community access television station. As an intern I edited for a total of approximately 650+ hours. I then worked the summers of 2018 and 2019 as a full time videographer at TV Santa Barbara, and edited and filmed field and studio shows, promos, and tv spots, and even directed a series for a summer.
Below are some samples of what I have worked on.
Intro
An intro I made for the show: "Las noticias in Confianza", which was the only public access Spanish speaking show in the area.(2018)
Main Technical Skills: Autodesk Maya (+MatchMover), Final Cut Pro X
TV Spots
An TV spot to promote the upcoming Fiesta: Old Spanish Days celebration in Santa Barbara. I made several others similar to this for various Fiesta events.
Main Technical Skills: Final Cut Pro X
Lectures
This is an example of a lecture which I commonly edited at TV Santa Barbara. I also filmed several of them, including the one linked here. While not much skill is required for these, I believe that it also demonstrates basic proficiency in video editing programs as well as speed, since I would genreally edit these in 2-4 hours or less.
Main Technical Skills: Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere
